Wedding Packages

Full-Service Wedding Coordination Package:

  Initially we will assist you in setting a budget, creating a theme if needed, help with ideas and alternatives, research venues and vendors and provide you with several options and set an itinerary and timeline for all aspects of your wedding. We will negotiate and book vendors you choose and set itineraries for them. We will remind you of important planning deadlines and, if needed, assist you in meeting or changing them. We will set up all stationary for your wedding, this includes save the date, invitations, welcome letters, programs and menus. We will address and send out invitations, collect RSVP's, follow-up with non-responses, and track up-to-the-minute guest counts. We will reconfirm all arrangements throughout the entire planning process to ensure it is running smoothly. We will finalize all plans, troubleshoot any problems at all, coordinate your wedding day and take care of clean-up and closing of the site. Starts at $1000.00

"Day of" Wedding:

  Begins 4-6 weeks before the wedding. Have you planned the wedding but just need someone to tie up loose ends or take care of the details? We can ensure that all your needs are scheduled and taken care of, create an event itinerary, oversee details of the rehearsal and wedding and, most importantly, ensure that nothing has been overlooked. We will take care of finalizing all your plans and answering all questions so you can relax and get ready for your big day without all the last-minute worries. Starts at $500.00.

One-time or occasional consulting:

  Help with initial outline and itineraries or with finalizing details closer to the date.  We can develop checklists for you if you are planning your own wedding or help with vendor lists or options and alternatives to fit your budget. We can set this up by the hour or a flat-fee for a specific number of meetings throughout your planning process. $40.00/hour or a flat-fee.

Stationary packages:

We will help you choose your invitations, place cards, save-the-date cards, welcome letters, programs, menus, RSVP tracking and follow-ups for non-responses, thank you letters and any other stationary products. Address and send out invitations, collect RSVP's and send thank you cards. You provide us with the guest list and we'll do the rest. Starts at $1.50 per guest.

Website packages:

We will create a website for your wedding ceremony with information and directions for your guests. This includes hosting and your own page and website address until the wedding. We can also add RSVP capability so your invited guests may choose to RSVP online as well as choose their menu item and get directions and links to hotels and activities for the wedding week. After the wedding we can put your photos online and set up printing capabilities so family and friends can print their own photos of your special day. We can keep the site active as long as you wish. We can also stream your ceremony over the internet so invited guests that could not make it can still be a part of your wedding. Let us know how simple or complex you would like your site to be.
